Your design, printed on the fabric you choose, by the factory that takes your order. This page covers what you can order, what it takes to get started, and how to check the result before you commit to a full run.
Custom fabric printing means the fabric is made for your order: one design, one base cloth, the length you asked for.
Nothing here is printed in advance and held in stock. You upload a pattern or pick one from our pattern library, choose a base fabric, set the scale and the quantity, and we print it.
Because we print digitally there are no screens to engrave and no set-up charge per colour, which is why a 5-yard order is practical for us and not only a 1,500-yard one. If you want to know how the printing itself works, we explain it on our digital fabric printing page.
NBPrintex is the factory, not an agent. Colour profiling, printing, washing, inspection and dispatch all happen in our own facility in Shaoxing.
Print a few yards to sample a collection, then reorder the same design on the same fabric when it sells. The price per yard falls as the quantity rises, so a design can grow from a sample run to production without changing supplier.
Collect orders first and print exactly what was sold. Several designs can share one order on the same fabric, so a round with many prints does not need a large quantity of each.
Cushions, curtains, table linen and upholstery projects usually need a specific cloth as much as a specific print. Order the swatch pack to compare weights and textures before you choose.
A single project is a normal order here. Five yards is the minimum, and with your own artwork you can divide it between more than one design.
The same design looks and behaves differently on different fabrics. Colour, sharpness, drape and stretch all come from the base cloth, so it is worth choosing it before you finalise the artwork.
Cotton, linen, silk, viscose, Tencel, bamboo and ramie, on their own and in blends. These take a soft, matt print and suit shirting, dresses, quilting and home textiles.
Polyester, nylon and blends with spandex. These give the brightest colour and suit activewear, swimwear, linings and anything that needs to stretch and recover.
Each fabric page lists the width, weight, composition, shrinkage and care instructions. Browse all fabrics.
A screen cannot show you how a colour sits on linen or how fine a line holds on chiffon. Two things can.
We print your own design as a test sample on cotton or polyester. The sample is free and you pay only the shipping. Order pattern samples.
Around 30 of our most ordered fabrics in one pack, so you can compare weight, texture and handle side by side. Order the swatch pack.
If exact colour matching matters for your project, ask us about printing your own colour map on the fabric you plan to use.
Upload your own file, or pick a pattern from the library. You decide whether an uploaded design is private or public.
Use the filters on the fabrics page to narrow the range. If you are unsure, the swatch pack and the details on each fabric page are the quickest way to decide.
Adjust the size of the repeat and see the result on screen. How far you can enlarge a design depends on the resolution of the file you uploaded.
The price per yard updates as you change the quantity, and the cart shows the shipping cost and an estimated production time for your address.
You receive a tracking number when the order leaves the factory. If anything falls short of our standard, we reprint it.
An order starts at 5 yards of one fabric. With your own artwork those 5 yards can be split across several designs, down to 1 yard per design. Designs chosen from our pattern library start at 5 yards each.
Yes. The price per yard shown on each fabric covers the fabric and the printing together, and it goes down as the quantity goes up. Shipping is estimated in the cart once you enter your address.
Yes. We do not create new designs from scratch, but our team will adjust an existing file so that it prints well, for example fixing the repeat or the resolution. In most cases this is free.
Yes. From outside China we can only receive small parcels, but if your fabric supplier is in China we can receive bulk fabric from them directly.
Yes. You choose whether each design you upload is private or public, and a private design is not shown to other customers. Our copyright terms set out how designs are protected.
You can, as long as we have not started processing it. Send us a message as early as possible. Once production has started the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Upload a file and see it on fabric, or read how the printing works before you decide.
